Small family hotel with the great level of the hospitality. We are visited Fiorenza with the wife in the Jan 2017. Excellent cuisine, clean rooms with the every day cleaning, clean and soft linens, ski storage rooms with the boots dryer. |The best hotel where I ever been in last years.

Clean, comfortable and functional rooms, with balcony, spotless services. Quality food but with an appreciated attention to unnecessary waste.|Friendly and helpful staff.|Well organized and clean common spaces, including the ski room.

|Excellent winter hotel for stay to skiing and to explore Dolomites. Polite and extremely attentive attitude of all hotel's staff during the whole vocation. We were with wife and each evening absolutely enjoyed very good supper with "Tirol's accent") So, we would recommend)

Two months ago we stayed in this delightful, very familiar and welcoming hotel. The location is excellent in relation to the cable car and the walks....the restaurant service offers dishes with a wide choice...well done!! The rooms are neat and clean. We thank you for your hospitality... we hope to be your guests again next year. THANK YOU.

We returned a few days ago and I must say that we could not have chosen better. Excellent welcome, plentiful and good food and perfect cleanliness. Family environment that makes the holiday relaxing and peaceful.

2-star family-run hotel, welcoming staff, good food, thorough cleaning, excellent location. The owner is very available to fulfill guests' requests. It deserves the third star. The only advice for Mrs. Fiorenza is to renew the linens and curtains. However, highly recommended
